Privacy policy

This policy explains how Chattanooga Tree Removal ("we") handles information you give us through this website or by phone.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code and the details you provide. When you call our number, our phone provider records the time, duration and caller ID of the call, and calls may be recorded for quality purposes.

How we use it

We use your information only to connect you with one independent local tree service company that can respond to your request. That company may contact you by phone or text about your request. We don't sell your information to data brokers or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

The tree service company we connect you with, and service providers that run our website, forms and phone system on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us through the contact page. You can also tell the tree company directly that you don't want further contact.
